Privacy and data note

This page explains in plain language what data is sent to Atlas and how it is handled. The formal privacy notice will be published here once prepared.

Who

Atlas is a one-person design studio providing digital smile design services to dentists, clinics and laboratories. Contact: yusuf@atlasmaster.app.

What is collected

Only case files (photos, scans) sent voluntarily by e-mail, and the sender's e-mail address. The site has no forms, accounts, memberships or cookies.

Where it is processed

Submitted files are processed and stored on the studio's own devices; they are not handed to third parties, sold, or used for any other purpose.

Cloud image models

For form previews, only an anonymised mouth crop is sent to cloud image models: no face, name, file name or other identifier. These models may run with providers outside Türkiye (Google Gemini, xAI Grok). Please obtain patient consent before sending a case.

Retention and deletion

After delivery, files remain at the studio. They are deleted on request; an e-mail to yusuf@atlasmaster.app is enough.

Page counting

Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless and anonymous; no IP address or person tracking.

Responsibility of the dentist and clinic

Obligations regarding patient consent and personal data protection rest with the requesting dentist or clinic. Please keep patient identity out of file names and images.
