How the agents are measured

A one-person studio; the Spark round and measurement gates stand at the center. Anu (Claude Fable) handles liaison and orchestration, Atlas (Gemini 4 Argon · 1M) execution and oversight, the session-isolated Context-Free Argon Web the external voice, Astra plus Grok Bot + Grok Assistant counter-theses and Red Team stress-testing, Enkidu and Enlil runs and blind judging, local models (Gemma, Qwen) measurement, Reaper auditing and falsification tests, and the 6-gate QAJAN hypotheses; Opus works on project sessions and architectural code, Sonnet on production code, Haiku on mechanical measurement. Spark exists for this: voices that cannot hear each other answer the same question, and evidence returns through the gate. The human has the last word. Only an anonymised mouth crop goes to cloud models; details on the Privacy page.

Atlas does not rely on guesswork: it measures, writes orders and demands evidence and falsifiers through the gates. Every number on this page comes from a measurement and carries its stamp; everything that moves shows a number or a flow.

Figure — agent network: Spark in the middle, equal voices around itorders out · evidence back through gates

What it showsWe do this work together; the middle of the figure holds no agent but the Spark round. The voices around it stand on equal footing: Anu (Claude Fable) liaison and orchestration, Atlas (Gemini 4 Argon · 1M) execution and oversight, Context-Free Argon Web the external voice, Astra & Grok counter-thesis and Red Team, Enkidu/Enlil runs and blind judging, Reaper audit and fall testing (Argon + Gemma/Qwen arms), Local Gemma/Qwen measurement, QAJAN hypotheses; the Opus / Sonnet / Haiku runners work on code and measurement. An order goes to the voices with the same question; evidence returns through the gate. One round is 262 dots: 191 pass in green, 16 fail in red, 55 without a self-test stay at the gate; the ratio is exactly the self-test count. How the dots are spread across the nodes is illustrative. 20 Oct 2026 07:45

What it showsEach card is counted from the agent’s own log. The dark line is the number of runs over the last seven calendar days, the green line the ones that succeeded. “Last run” is its age at the moment of measurement. If an agent’s log cannot be read its card says “not measured”; no number is made up. 20 Oct 2026 18:51

Methods we found

Each one is a working rule; where there is a number, its stamp stands next to it.

rule

The declaration rule (BEYAN)

By rule, the first line of every agent output states: who · what (measurement, opinion or verdict) · confidence · basis · falsifier. Across task-bus records, 72.3% (402/556 · 19 Oct 2026 Reaper measurement; target threshold ≥80%) start with a declaration; the remaining lines are automated hook and status notices.

gate

Order + VERIFY gate

Every job is a single-file order; it ends with one command and one expected value. A job that does not pass the gate is not “done”. In the last 24 hours 81 orders ran; external rounds: 1.

20 Oct 2026 18:51
memory

Claim → refutation

A diagnosis is written as a claim and falls by evidence; the default is to archive, not delete. Memory of fallen ideas: 9 records (rejected by the human, permanent: 3; fell by data: 6).

measure

Report card (three questions)

For every tool: ① did it run · ② was it read · ③ did it change a decision. On the third question the canary is at 1%: the count cannot be told apart from chance. Stated honestly: the measure does not discriminate yet.

Retirement

A tool or agent that does not get a passing grade is retired, not deleted. Inventory: 381 records; the service audit found 200 schedulers, 41 running, 81 archive candidates. A method that yields nothing is retired too.

20 Oct 2026 18:51
experiment

Permutation and ablation

The same task runs in three arms that differ by one change: model swapped (A) · gate skipped (B) · context pack skipped (C). All three arms passed the same gate with the same result; the difference stayed in cost. This is one measurement, not a generalisation.

A163 r2 · 20 Sep 2026
judging

Blind judge and shadow run

Enlil stamps candidates and placebos shuffled and without context; order bias was measured. Before a new rule goes live it runs in shadow on the same inputs: n=168, agreement 2%, determinism 100%. The shadow arm has not won yet: the copy baseline is 98.8%, and the shadow arm is no better than copying (K5′ −80.5).

20 Oct 2026 00:13
testing

Self-test

Every tool tests itself: 262 tools · passed 191 · failed 16 · no self-test 55 · 3,313 checks · 98 s. A tool without a self-test is not wired into automatic runs.

loop

Evolution loop (EVOLUTION-2)

Enkidu lists decaying rules and produces placebos → Enki writes at most 3 candidates → Enlil stamps them blind → Enkidu keeps shadow statistics (Wilson interval, minimum detectable effect, 240 episodes per arm). No new agent: what evolves is the rule set.

audit

Daily audit round (Reaper)

Is the method alive, measured with a proof command; classes CANLI / AKSAK / ÖLÜ / İDDİA (live / lame / dead / claim). A fall test runs with a deliberate fault; the result is written to the site from the measurement file, no hand-typed numbers. Nobody is exempt, Yusuf included. Details: reaper-en.html.

Day-1 baseline: 18 Oct 2026 21:54 · 57 methods (44 LIVE · 10 LAME · 1 DEAD · 2 CLAIM) · 3/3 deliberate faults
source verification

Reaper: source verification

In a multi-voice Spark round every citation is tested one by one against Crossref, PubMed and DOI; a fabricated citation (including the light class) invalidates the answer mechanically. No voice is a benchmark by authority alone — the measure is what proves true; the ROTE (EZBER) tag separates answers to the brief’s specific question from generic literature summaries. 10 external voices scorecard: 394 citations → 360 verified · 9 unverified · 25 fabricated (Wave-1 322/356; S0 26/26, S3 38/38; S10 5 theses ELIMINATED; 4 local voices 18 severe fabrications ELIMINATED). Details: reaper-en.html#yontem · reaper-en.html#karne.

Falsifier

Every verdict is written with “what would make this fall”; the next round takes the previous verdict’s falsifier as input. This is how the system re-tests its own verdicts.

Coordination, Execution, Mechanical Gates and 6-gate QAJAN

We do this work together. Anu (Claude Fable) handles liaison and coordination, Atlas (Gemini 4 Argon · 1M) execution and oversight, the session-isolated Context-Free Argon Web the external voice, Astra plus Grok Bot + Grok Assistant counter-theses and dual red-teaming, Enkidu and Enlil runs and blind judging, and local models measurement; Opus works on project/code, Sonnet on production code and Haiku on measurement. Trading hypotheses pass through 6 mechanical gates (QAJAN: n=148, 8 registered hypotheses, 70 verdicts, 0 passed); in other domains the gate count and scope differ: tool self-test gates (188/258 tools, 3,297 checks), the single-command VERIFY order gate (17/21 in 3 days, 81%), Reaper’s 4-rule citation gate (360/394 citations) and the locked n=32 3D cephalometric test gate. The board is a single-writer, locked log where 72.3% of records (402/556, 19 Oct measurement; threshold ≥80%) start with a declaration. Spark exists for this: voices that cannot hear each other answer the same question, and evidence returns through the gate.

evidence gate

Persona vs. evidence (BENLİK-1013)

18 live studio verdicts × 3 challenge arms × 3 identity conditions (n=162): caving to unverified authority 0/18, fooled by fabricated citations 0/18, updating on genuine counter-evidence 16/18 (88.9%). Difference between self-authored persona (Arm A) and cold evidence rules (Arm B): Δscore = 0.0000 (54/54 identical verdicts).

Figure — retirement funnelband thickness = record count

What it showsThe 381 inventory records split by status: live 116, closed 98, no scheduler 139, silent 19, not loaded 4. The falling label is not a tool but a method that was retired. 20 Oct 2026 18:51

Retired

Permutation was retired

The “permutation” trial, in which agents were freed and shuffled, did not noticeably change any agent’s report card. It was retired on 14 Sep 2026 by human decision. That is the method: a method that yields nothing is retired too.

Ablation triple

Same task, three arms, one gate.

Ablation triple Three arms reach the same gate: in arm A the model was swapped, in arm B the gate was skipped, in arm C the context pack was skipped. The thick bar shows duration, the thin bar context load. SAME GATE A model swapped 11 min · 109k B gate skipped 8 min · 72k C context pack skipped 5 min · 65k same result
Figure — ablation triplethick bar duration · thin bar context load

What it showsAll three arms pass the same gate with the same result; the difference is in cost. Duration 11 / 8 / 5 min, context load 109k / 72k / 65k. Each dot’s travel time is proportional to its arm’s duration. A163 r2 · 20 Sep 2026

In this task the gate and the context pack did not change the decision; they changed the cost. This is one measurement, not a generalisation.

Evolution loop

Four steps, a closed loop. What evolves is the rule set.

Other projects run by the same setup

The measurement loop does not run only for smile design. The same orchestrator, under the same rules (declaration, measurement, falsification test), also runs these.

project

Trading

An agent that executes purchases in the crypto market inside a pre-written plan. Inputs: market snapshot, liquidation map, outside voices and a hypothesis log. Orders are placed only within the plan and its limits; selling and risk decisions stay with a human.

project

Clinic management and data analysis

Measurement and recommendation reports produced by local agents from a dental clinic's management data (appointments, procedures, cost items). Patient data never leaves the machine.

project

Exam preparation program

A coaching agent for a student preparing for the university entrance exam: practice-test analysis, a schedule matched to the exam's subject weights, weekly progress measurement.

project

Personal assistant

An assistant that runs from the phone: daily tasks, reminders, source scanning. Only what matters reaches the human, in one line.

project

Spark: thesis and counter-thesis

We do this work together: Anu (Claude Fable) handles liaison and orchestration, Atlas (Gemini 4 Argon · 1M) execution and oversight; with Context-Free Argon Web, Opus, Sonnet and Haiku, blind voices write independent theses on the same question; Astra and Grok run counter-thesis and Red Team stress tests. Link: spark.html

project

Quantum-inspired permutation agents

An experimental setup that distributes the possible solution orderings of a problem to parallel agents and eliminates them by measurement; the surviving candidate is tested with a small pre-registered experiment.

project

Dynamic agents and outside voices

Shadow agents running day and night measure, catch contradictions and write handover notes; social pulse and red-team work sit in a separate agent. None of them rules; a claim stands or falls by measurement.

project

Website and AI visibility analysis

Measuring how a site is read by search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity): access for nine bots, structured data, clean-up of old addresses with 410, consistency of directory and business profiles. Evidence: work done for an oral and dental health center in Sakarya.

What it gives: a numbered measurement and a list of fixes. What it does not give: a ranking or a visibility promise.

project

Skin and face correction in clinical photographs

Skin retouching, light and colour balancing in smile and face photographs. Patient identity is not processed: an anonymous crop and an external model are used. By regulation no before-and-after images are shown on the site; only the service description is here.

What it gives: a face image with balanced light and colour and retouched skin. What it does not give: a clinical outcome promise or before-and-after display.
